Philippines' Puerto Princessa Unfolds Heritage of Love and Culture at Ponce Garden Resort

Puerto Princesa, Palawan, Philippines  – September 3, 2025 A new chapter of love for heritage begins in the heartfelt journey of cataloging an invaluable collection of historical artifacts, like a new chapter of love for heritage and culture that unfolds at the Ponce Garden Resort.

Museum interior concept for Ponce Garden

This living treasure will preserve the story of David Ponce de Leon, former Vice Governor and Founder of the Law Institution of the Province, with Puerto Princesa’s remarkable rise from the shadows of World War II—capturing over 75 years of triumphs, memories, and resilience.

Adding to this poetic endeavor, the museum will see the birth of a rebranded café, restaurant and a boutique hotel, designed as cultural extensions of the institution. Here, visitors may sip coffee, try the sweet mulberry jam which came from the same family lineage originally planted by the family,  under the gentle warmth of century trees that backdrops through curated exhibits, and crafted family artifacts that hold the essence of history. It will not only elevate the experience of every guest but also foster enduring cultural ties among guests.

The Modern museum, which is complete with digital presentation in an upbeat café setting, the likes seen in several modern European cities.  It features an initiative that is not simply about preservation; it is about creating a sanctuary where the past embraces the future, and where generations can gather to feel the soul of Puerto Princesa, Noubikko said. The rebranding of Ponce de Leon Garden Resort with a Café Museum is born from this vision, which is a beacon of history and romance with Palawan—a place where trees and gardens were originally planted by the hands of the family, where time stands still, and always whispers forward.

At the heart of the museum's artistry of interior embodies a philosophy that marries heritage with modern elegance. With Noubikko's Interior touch, every hall and gallery will breathe with emotion, where relics will simply be displayed, and will tell love stories of the city’s past, woven into immersive narratives that enchant both heart and mind.

This museum is a place of remembrance of the past, and place of belonging where visitors will walk through history and through love stories of a city reborn.
